One Down!

Two very special little ones are having their first birthdays ever this Saturday, August 5th, 2006.
The beautiful and charming Ruby Jessica Broomhead and the handsome and playful Finlay Russell Vickers. Here's hoping you're going to be good friends some day.
Finlay, she's gorgeous, but you'll have to learn to say Toe-MAH-toe, appreciate the musical stylings of George Michael, and accept Heinz Salad Cream as a food group. And Ruby, you'll have to get used to his grimy backpacks and stuff all over the place, his over-use of the word 'rad' and his dangerous habit of under-applying sunscreen.

Dog Days

The coming of August usually means that Capt. Ron is out there checking to see that the Gulf Islands are still situated right where they should be.
By his transmissions, they are indeed.
